A few words about Tempora & our founder
Tempora is a communication and digital design agency born from a natural evolution. You might have known us previously as LeadersTalk PR.
After years of successful PR campaigns and media relations, we went through a full rebranding process to become Tempora. Why? Because we wanted to bring all our expertise - strategic public relations, high-end web design, and publishing - under one cohesive umbrella. We realized that a brand's story in the press and its digital home (the website) need to share the exact same voice.
This shift perfectly reflects the journey of our founder, Bianca Dobrescu. After building a solid career in business journalism (Bursa, Forbes, Capital, New Money, Adevărul) and running a successful PR agency, she realized that knowing how to tell a good story wasn't enough; she wanted to truly understand the people reading it. Her pursuit of human depth led her to become a psychotherapist.
Today, Tempora blends the clarity of journalism, the aesthetics of web design, and the deep empathy of psychology. We replaced loud marketing with meaningful communication, building digital identities and PR strategies that feel real, human, and grounded.
